Important COVID-19 Will-Call Guidelines

At PBI, we continuously focus on the safety and wellness of our employees and customers. In an effort to do this, we will be implementing the guidelines below effective immediately.

COVID-19 Safety Etiquette

1) Masks or face coverings are required.
2) We are limiting will call to 1 person at a time.
3) There are no public restrooms available.
4) Please practice social distancing by staying at least 6 feet apart.

Phone Order Prepayment

All orders placed over the phone without an active account must be prepaid prior to pickup.

Will-Call Pickup

To serve you more quickly and efficiently, please have your information ready including your ID and order number.
