Recommendations from CA Public Health:
If you are sick, stay home. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
There is no food shortage. Keep some extra food, medical supplies, and emergency kits on hand at home so you don’t have to go out often.
If needed, call your healthcare provider. If you don’t have a provider, call 2-1-1 for support. Seek medical help, regardless of your immigration status.
Practice social distancing, avoid shaking hands, and avoid crowded areas. This will significantly reduce the chances of spreading coronovirus.
